ALLAH HELPS THOSE WHO HELP OTHERS ....

Do you still remember us?!

We are still under siege!

Darkness.... .
And hunger.....
Do you still remember us?!
To get water we have to walk so far..... 
To fill a bottle or a jar......
Do you still remember us?!

We still have lack of food..... 


We still fear daily hunger...

And when we have no choice...
And when the situation becomes unbearable.. .
 We try to smuggle...

Some thru the tunnel...
Do you still remember us?!
Our kids... 
Are dying every day in their beds.....

Due to the lack of Medication.. .
 And others...
 Have just tears to shed.....
Do you still...
Remember us?!


  Death was falling everywhere.. .


It was like rain...


  At hospitals... 
 At schools... 
There was no difference between a young...Elderly or a child...An animal...Everyone...
Was at death site!There was No place...


 To hide! Do you still remember us?! 
  It was a genocide...
 It was a massacre...


It was Murder... 

It was a vicious crime... 

It was a CRUEL action... 
An act of a MONSTER... 
  The manners of a COWARD...

It was the silence of a friend...It is the dirty true FACE of Politics



It is a FACT! 
It's incomprehensible! 

IT'S A PERMANENT SHAME! 
It was BETRAYAL!

It is some how believable!


But this is Incredible!!!

It is a bunch of hypocrites!
 Double standards!!


It is the continuous AID...


 Made by... 

The true forces...


Do you still remember us?!The dead... 

Were everywhere... 
  That sometimes we had no place...

 To make even Our prayer.....
Do you still...

Remember us!


At that time...  
Some watched...
 From a far...


Some danced at the beach shore...

 
 Some were happy...
And joyful...


Some said: "NO..."
 To the massacre!

And the torture...
Do you still remember us!Many watched us..

.Many carried...

 The SHAME!
 
Many did not DARE!! 
Others said i truly care... 
 
But now we hear from them very..very.. very..rare! 
Are you sure you still remember us?! 
 
Now we have nothing...

 But pain..... illness.....
And daily...
 Sadness..... .
Do you really...
 Still remember us?!
 At least in your prayer???!


Gaza children and people implore you! 
They are dying...
Due to the continues blockade!

There is growing humanitarian crisis...

Happening... 
 In Gaza..... 
There is an EXTREME...

Restricted access to food...


Water... 
 And Medicine!

Exercises To Increase Flexibility
The hip and the lower back, become tight without your knowing over a span of time. Any arthritic person has accumulated a lot of stiffness over the years. To undo this, the following postures should be practiced every day and become part of your lifestyle, so that by and by this core region of your body returns to its natural state of flexibility.
Caution: Those suffering from sciatica, slipped disc or serious back conditions should avoid exercise one and three. Exercise two should not be done by those with slipped disc, high blood pressure or vertigo.
Exercise 1


• Sit with your back straight and your legs stretched out
• Bend one leg and place it so that the heel touches the groin area
• Inhale and raise your arms up straight
• Exhale, bend forward to grasp the ankle or foot and bring the forehead down to touch the knee
• Hold for 10-30 seconds
• Repeat with the other leg.

• Sit back on your heels, your knees together, your toes overlapping, your back straight and your palms on your knees
• Inhale, slowly raise both arms straight above your head
• Exhale and slowly bend forward your arms straight and in line with your ears. Rest the forehead on the floor, bring your palms together
• Hold for 30 seconds, your body relaxed and breathing normally
• Inhale, slowly raise your arms and your upper body, exhale and lower your arms to the start position.
Exercise 3

• Lie flat on your back, your arms beside you
• Bend your right knee to your chest, your foot pointing forward
• Interlock the fingers below the knee and bring the knee close to the chest
• Hold the position for a few seconds and relax the back
• Go back to the start position
• Repeat with the left leg and then go back to the start position
• Now draw both your knees to your chest
• Hold the position, breathing normally. Try and relax the back. Come back to start position
