ٹیکسوں کا بوجھ صارفین پر منتقل، موبائل فون آپریٹرز نے انٹر نیٹ چارجز بڑھا دیئے

کراچی: موبائل فون کمپنیوں نے تھری جی انٹرنیٹ سروس پر عائد ٹیکس صارفین کو منتقل کرتے ہوئے انٹرنیٹ چارجز میں اضافہ کردیا ہے۔

انڈسٹری ذرائع کے مطابق 2 کمپنیوں نے بذریعہ ایس ایم ایس اپنے صارفین کو انٹرنیٹ کے استعمال پر ٹیکس کی شرح کے مطابق اضافہ شدہ چارجز سے مطلع کر دیا ہے، ایک کمپنی نے نئے چارجز کا اطلاق 24جولائی سے کردیا ہے جبکہ دوسری کمپنی 4اگست سے نئے چارجز وصول کرے گی۔

باقی کمپنیوں کی جانب سے بھی آئندہ چند روز میں چارجز بڑھانے کا اعلان کردیا جائے گا، تھری جی کے ساتھ ٹوجی اور فور جی صارفین کو بھی اضافی چارجز ادا کرنا ہوں گے۔ انڈسٹری ذرائع کے مطابق انٹرنیٹ پر صوبائی 18.5سے 19.5فیصد سروس ٹیکس اور 14فیصد فیڈرل ٹیکس کے نفاذ کے بعد موبائل کمپنیوں کے لیے اضافی ٹیکس صارفین کو منتقل کرنا ناگزیر ہوچکا تھا۔

سندھ اور کے پی کے میں انٹرنیٹ پر صوبائی ٹیکس کا معاملہ عدالتوں میں زیر غور ہے اور موبائل فون کمپنیاں سندھ اور کے پی کے میں خدمات پر جی ایس ٹی کی مد میں ٹیکس صارفین پر منتقل کرنے کے بجائے خود اپنے ریونیو میں سے الگ کرکے جمع کرتی رہیں تاہم اب موبائل فون کمپنیوں نے 19.5فیصد کے لحاظ سے خدمات پر صوبائی جنرل سیلز ٹیکس ملک گیر سطح پر صارفین سے وصول کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔

انٹرنیٹ پر صوبائی ٹیکسوں کے خلاف ڈیجیٹل کمیونٹی کی احتجاجی مہم پنجاب حکومت کی وعدہ خلافی کے بعد دم توڑ گئی ہے اور اب صارفین کے پاس بھی ٹیکسوں کی یلغار کے آگے ہتھیار ڈالنے کے علاوہ کوئی راستہ باقی نہیں بچا، پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے ٹیکس کے نفاذ پر انٹرنیٹ اور ویب سائٹس کمپنیوں کے احتجاج کے بعد پنجاب حکومت نے ٹیکس کا فیصلہ واپس لینے کا اعلان کیا تھا تاہم بعد میں پنجاب حکومت اس یقین دہانی کو پورا نہیں کر سکی اور پنجاب میں بھی انٹرنیٹ پر ٹیکس عائد کردیا گیا۔

Tune.pk Extension To Use Youtube Without Any Proxy Software, Free Download

It’s been more than a year since YouTube banned in Pakistan and all you have to do is to use VPN/Proxy services but not anymore. A group of Pakistani developers came up with a unique Chrome extension that lets you play any YouTube video in Pakistan without connecting to any VPN/Proxy service.

 

How to install and use Tune.pk Chrome extension.

Step 1:

Download Tune.pk Chrome Plugin file from here. This extension of Tune.pk only works with Google Chrome and not any other browser.

Step 2:

Now open your Google Chrome Browser and go to Tools >> Extensions (Fig1), now when the extension page is opened all you have to is drag the downloaded file in Extension Manager page and your Tune.pk Chrome Plugin will be added and ready to work.

Now that the Tune.pk Chrome Plugin is installed in your Chrome browser, open any YouTube link of the video in Chrome browser and magically you will be redirected to the Tune.pk and after processing of few seconds the video will be at your disposal to watch and share. It’s that easy and simple. The processing time can be increased depending on the duration of the video though.

In the end I would like mention few steps you can follow to initially test the plugin.

1.       Open Google.com
2.       Search “funny cat videos” on Google(Fig2) for example
3.       Click on any video link and you will be redirected to tune.pk straight away and video will be available after processing (Fig3 & Fig4)

As few months ago PTCL has upgraded all 1 MB users to 2 MB. 1 MB internet package was no longer available. But now again new rates and all Packages are again came up.Rates are not too high and we all know PTCL is the best among broadband and internet provides.
