Further increase in Electricity Prices

The government of Pakistan has decided to lessen the subsidy of electricity to be given to the public this year from 25% after which the electricity prices would further get increased.

According to the Pakistani media reports, government has reminded IMF regarding lessening of subsidy from 25%. This subsidy shall be lessened from 75% in the coming three years.

According to the reports, the governor of state bank and treasury minister Ishaq Dar has sent a missive to IMF in this regard.

It has been reminded in the letter that the subsidy of electricity should be restrained till 200 units. The increase in electricity prices for industrial and commercial sector is still under consideration.

According to reports, this decision has been made with the consent of all the provinces under National energy policy.

Excessive tea dangerous for teeth and bones



People often have tea to remain active and energetic but it excessive use may damage teeth and bones.

According to an American research, the large amount of fluorine which is being added in tea weakens bones and teeth, the ones who have alt of team may face such related diseases.

According to the researchers, it has been proved that tea contains 70% more fluorine than water which is harmful for the human health.

Pakistan itself is not a producer of tea so it is imported from other countries. Current year in 2012-2013, 19 crore KG of tea has been imported.

As few months ago PTCL has upgraded all 1 MB users to 2 MB. 1 MB internet package was no longer available. But now again new rates and all Packages are again came up.Rates are not too high and we all know PTCL is the best among broadband and internet provides.

NADRA has finally prepared the Electronic Voting Machine which s hoped to eliminate rigging cases during election’s voting.
The chairman of NADRA said that a full proof system has been prepared to eliminate rigging.
Tariq Mailk while giving briefing about this machine said that this machine will identify any fake voter. A person will be able vote only a single time through this machine.
He illustrated that if any voter failed to make his thumb print identified in relevance with his NIC, then he would not be given permission to cast his vote.
Moreover, this system will also save billions of rupees and time of the government.

THAILAND PARLIAMENT DISSOLVED

Prime Minister of Thailand Yingluck Shinawatra orders to dissolve parliament and call for new election. She had won the elections of 2011 and have a great majority in parliament. Protests against government had forced him to dissolve parliament and go for new election.
