Service of 1122 all over Pakistan

Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Nawaz Sharif has approved extending the network of 1122 and making this service available all over Pakistan.

According to the reports, after examining well done performance by 1122 in Punjab, Prime Minister has given approval of extending this service in the other provinces too.

The governor of Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar has been appointed with a task of collaborating with other provinces in this regard.

Prime Minister said that 1122 service should be available all over the country for the safety of people.

Further increase in Electricity Prices

The government of Pakistan has decided to lessen the subsidy of electricity to be given to the public this year from 25% after which the electricity prices would further get increased.

According to the Pakistani media reports, government has reminded IMF regarding lessening of subsidy from 25%. This subsidy shall be lessened from 75% in the coming three years.

According to the reports, the governor of state bank and treasury minister Ishaq Dar has sent a missive to IMF in this regard.

It has been reminded in the letter that the subsidy of electricity should be restrained till 200 units. The increase in electricity prices for industrial and commercial sector is still under consideration.

According to reports, this decision has been made with the consent of all the provinces under National energy policy.

Relaxation in PM Youth Scheme

Lahore: Relaxation is made in PM Youth Scheme Launched by Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. This is scheme is launched on 7th December, 2013. About 30 Lakh people have downloaded the forms from different online websites.


Social media and opposition parties have raised question on Guarantor in loan scheme. Maryam Nawaz chairman of Prime Minsiter Youth Scheme has made relaxation for youth. Now government officers of 15 grade or above will be eligible for Guarantor.

Smart bulb for Pakistanis



A smart bulb has been invented by scientists especially for Pakistanis. This bulb remain lit even after the electricity is off. The bulb was designed in New York and it has been considered fit for use in Pakistan.

A chargeable battery is placed in the bulb. The bulb can provide light for continuously 4 hours and then the bulb needs to be recharged again.

The price of bulb has been set at $35. The lifetime of the bulb has been reported as maximum to 25 years. However, battery must be replaced every 3-4 years.

Basant to be Celebrated in Youth Festival


Punjab Government has finally decided to celebrate the Basant Mela in the ongoing youth festival

Hamza Shehbaz while on the opening ceremony of PYF logo said that Punjab government has decided to revive the Basant culture.
He also said that proper law is being made for this purpose and proper grounds would be held to celebrate the Basant Mela.

LAPTOPS FOR STUDENTS BY HEC

Higher Eduction Commission of Pakistan has announced 5 lakh laptops for deserving students. Now Laptops are assembled in Pakistan and for this purpose factory will be established in Pakistan.



HEC has also told media that all ongoing projects will completes soon. Government has issued funds to HEC and we are working on all projects to complete as soon as possible.

Free Energy Saver Scheme by Government

Islamabad: According to our reporter, Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will announce Free energy scheme with in few weeks. 30 million energy savers were distributed to the poor or middle class people of Pakistan. By this action government supposed to save 1000 MW electricity.
This is a good step by government and hopeful deserving people will get energy savers. Energy save uses less electricity as compared to other bulbs used in majority of houses in Pakistan.
